📦IMPORTANT - EID NOTICE
LAST DAY TO GUARANTEE ARRIVAL BEFORE 'EID
INTERNATIONAL - 10th March
UNITED KINGDOM - 13th March
Orders made after these deadlines are not guaranteed to arrive in time for 'Eid - and we will not offer returns simply because of orders arriving after or on 'Eid day.
📦 How do you ship orders?
For UK orders, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48, which takes 2-3 working days after dispatch*.
For international orders, we use Royal Mail International Tracked, which typically takes 3–7 working days after dispatch* depending on your country.
> 3-5 working days for Europe
> 3-7 working days for Rest of World
*We dispatch on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
All times given are estimates and although 99% of orders will be delivered within these times, Qadr'Allah there may be exceptions.
For international orders we advise ordering 12-15 days before 'Eid as delays around Holidays are common. We do not offer refunds on orders intended for 'Eid which do not arrive on time.

⏱ What if my order is delayed/missing?
Once your order is packed, paid for, and shipped, we no longer have control over delivery and do not take responsibility for delays, misdeliveries, lost packages or any other related issues.
Any such instances must be resolved directly with the shipping company, as although we would love to help, there is nothing we would be able to do and we do not offer refunds. If goods are returned back to us due to missed delieery or incorrect address, we will offer to send them back if shipping is covered The email for support is (ClickAndDropSupport@RoyalMail.com)
We use RoyalMail which is more expensive for us, but the most reliable and trusted service - to ensure that over 99% of orders are delivered in perfect timing - and that any of the above issues rarely happen.

💸 Will I have to pay customs or tax fees?
There are no customs or tax charges for any country - we cover these costs for you. In the extremely rare case that anything arises, we'll reimburse you so you don’t have to worry.

❓ Can I refund or return my order?
We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there’s a genuine fault with the product. This means, rips, tears, stains and the such - which are extremely rare. We do not offer refunds or returns for wrong sizing (as size guides are available on our website and also online), or change of mind. If anything is wrong, just get in touch - we’ll always strive make it right in a fair and reasonable way Bi'idniLlaah.

📍 Do you have a physical store?
We don’t currently have our own retail store. However, our products are available in person at select partner stores. Follow us on Instagram for announcements about stockists near you.
