📦 How do you ship orders?
For UK orders, we use Royal Mail Tracked 48, which takes 2-3 working days after dispatch. We will dispatch the order either same day, or latest 48 hours after the order was made.
For international orders, we use Royal Mail International Tracked, which typically takes 3–7 working days after dispatch depending on your country.
> 3-5 working days for Europe
> 3-7 working days for Rest of World
⏱ What if my order is delayed?
Once your order is packed, paid for, and shipped, we no longer have control over delivery. We use RoyalMail which is more expensive for us, but the most reliable and trusted service - to ensure that over 99% of orders are delivered in perfect timing.
Any official Royal Mail issues, such as mis-deliveries, lost packages and the such must be resolved directly with them, as although we would love to help, there is nothing we would be able to do.
It is also important to note that shipping times are delivery aims, not guarantees. 99% of orders will be satisfied within the timings, but Qadr Allah, many things out of our hands may cause slight delays - for which we cannot be liable.
💸 Will I have to pay customs or tax fees?
There are no customs or tax charges for any country — we’ve never had issues.
In the extremely rare case that anything arises, we’ll cover the cost so you don’t have to worry.
❓ Can I refund or return my order?
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges unless there’s a genuine fault with the product. This means, rips, tears, stains and the such - which are extremely rare. We do not offer refunds or returns for wrong sizing (as size guides are available on our website and also online), or change of mind. If anything is wrong, just get in touch — we’ll always make it right in a fair and reasonable way.
📍 Do you have a physical store?
We don’t currently have our own retail store. However, our products are available in person at select partner stores. Follow us on Instagram for announcements about stockists near you.
